FAN INK July 1 Instagram Giveaway
Official Rules & Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
By participating in the FAN INK July 1 Instagram Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of FAN INK ("Sponsor"), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
1. Sponsor
This Giveaway is sponsored and administered by FAN INK ("Sponsor").

2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins when the official Giveaway post is published on the FAN INK Instagram account and ends at the conclusion of the United States Men's National Team ("USMNT") match on July 1, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period").
Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
Sponsor's records and timekeeping systems shall be the official timekeeping devices for this Giveaway.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to:
- Legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec;
- Legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia; and
- Individuals who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members of FAN INK and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and promotional partners are not eligible to participate.
Void in Quebec and where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, eligible entrants must:
- Post a photo or video of themselves wearing, displaying, or otherwise showcasing FAN INK merchandise on a public Instagram account;
- Tag @faninkclub in the Instagram post; and
- Maintain the post and Instagram account as publicly viewable until the winner has been selected and verified.
Upon completion of the above steps, the entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
Limit one (1) entry per qualifying Instagram post. FAN INK reserves the right to limit entries and disqualify any entrant suspected of submitting duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise non-compliant entries.
No purchase is required to enter or win.
5. Entry Requirements
All entries must:
- Feature the entrant wearing, displaying, or otherwise showcasing FAN INK merchandise;
- Comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines;
- Not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate content;
- Not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any third party; and
- Be the original work of the entrant or used with all necessary permissions and consents.
FAN INK reserves the right to remove, reject, or disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a FAN INK prize package with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $250 USD.
The exact contents of the prize package shall be determined by FAN INK in its sole discretion.
The prize:
- Is non-transferable;
- Has no cash value;
- May not be exchanged, assigned, or substituted by the winner; and
- May be substituted by FAN INK with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Any taxes, duties, customs charges, fees, or expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will take place following the conclusion of the USMNT match on July 1, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message using the account associated with the winning entry.
If the selected entrant:
- Cannot be contacted;
- Does not respond within seven (7) calendar days;
- Is found to be ineligible; or
- Fails to comply with these Official Rules;
the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
FAN INK is not responsible for unsuccessful attempts to contact a potential winner due to privacy settings, inactive accounts, spam filters, technical issues, or any other reason beyond its reasonable control.
9. Canadian Skill-Testing Question
As a condition of being declared a winner, any selected Canadian resident must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by FAN INK.
Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
10. Verification
FAN INK reserves the right to verify the eligibility, identity, age, residency, and compliance of any entrant.
Potential winners may be required to provide:
- Government-issued identification;
- Proof of residency;
- A signed declaration of eligibility;
- A liability release; and/or
- A publicity release, where permitted by law.
Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by FAN INK may result in disqualification.
11. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway and acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for FAN INK to use the winner's name, Instagram username, likeness, image, submitted content, city, and state/province of residence for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, or approval.
12. License to Submitted Content
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant grants FAN INK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, repost, and promote the submitted content in connection with FAN INK's business, marketing, promotional, and social media activities.
Entrants retain ownership of their original content.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless FAN INK and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to:
- Participation in the Giveaway;
- Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize;
- Technical malfunctions or failures;
- Unauthorized intervention;
- Lost, late, incomplete, stolen, damaged, or misdirected entries; or
- Any errors associated with the administration of the Giveaway.
14. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to FAN INK and not to Instagram. Entrants further release Instagram from any liability relating to the Giveaway.
15. No Affiliation with U.S. Soccer or USMNT
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with the United States Soccer Federation, the United States Men's National Team (USMNT), any soccer federation, league, club, team, player, or event organizer.
Any reference to the USMNT or the July 1 match is solely for the purpose of identifying the date on which the winner will be selected and does not imply any sponsorship, endorsement, or association with the Giveaway.
16. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Cancel
FAN INK reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity, security, fairness, or proper administration of the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway is terminated before its scheduled end date, FAN INK may select a winner from among all eligible entries received prior to such termination.
17. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, fulfilling prize obligations, and complying with applicable legal requirements.
Such information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
18. Governing Law
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state, territorial, and local laws and regulations.
Void where prohibited by law.
Any disputes arising from or relating to this Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
19. Winner Information

Requests must be received within thirty (30) days following winner confirmation and should include the requestor's full name and return mailing address.
Where permitted by law, the winner information provided will consist of the winner's first name, last initial, and state/province of residence only.
